Shipping Information

All of our orders take between 3 - 5 working days to make before they are dispatched (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm).

Some items such as the wood signs and oak doorstops take around 4 - 5 working days to allow for the product to be prepared, made and then finished with the coats of oils. Whereas our gift sets and smaller engraved items aim to be dispatched approximately within 3 working days. 

If your order is urgent, please do get in touch and we will do our best for you, to get it out as soon as possible.

Our courier partners do not operate on Bank Holidays. Please take this into account when ordering on a bank holiday and add an extra day on as necessary.

The couriers we use depend upon the size and weight of your order. We use Evri and Royal Mail accordingly. 

Please refer to approximate processing time to make orders (up to 5 working days). Delivery is in addition to the processing times and standard delivery is 2 - 3 days whereas express delivery is 1-2 days.
